I’m Adham, and I run live commerce systems out of Cairo. The clearest example is AZParts, a Saudi auto-parts marketplace where scrapyards bid against each other for one buyer’s part request. It runs as two complete flows: a full web marketplace, and a WhatsApp bot that does the same job for the people who never leave WhatsApp. They hired me to build it. Then they hired me again to run it, and every deploy since has gone through me.
The question that usually decides a deal is whether I have already shipped the payment rails you are on. I have. EdfaPay and Tamara on AZParts, with the webhook reconciliation and refund handling that payments actually break on. HyperPay built from zero on CarMate, and Apple Pay carried through its full production certificate chain. Al Rajhi and Stripe on other builds.
I lead when the work needs it. At DEPI, the Ministry of Communications and IT’s national talent programme, I led six engineers through the React Frontend track and we finished 2nd nationwide. Right now I am building ImpressIV for a client: a photoreal 3D venue where advertisers walk the halls in their browser and book the actual walls, modelled in Blender from the real building.
How I got here

Cairo
Foundations
Computer Science and Engineering at university, and the rest from putting work in front of real users. What stuck was owning a build all the way to production instead of handing it over at the demo.
- Concept to production, owned end to end.
- Product outcomes and cost-aware architecture over tech for its own sake.
2024
First clients
Freelance builds, delivered end to end. Two of those clients took the work off the platform and negotiated a direct engagement instead, which is where the longer relationships started.
- 6+ client builds across UX, features, API integration, and deployment.
- Payment integrations shipped whole, reconciliation and refunds included.
NTI
AI, kept honest
Trained at the National Telecommunication Institute and shipped a movie genre classifier at 93% accuracy over 5,000+ records.
- Owned preprocessing and the feature pipeline.
- The rule since: AI only where it makes the product better.
2025
DEPI, 2nd in the React track
Selected for the Digital Egypt Pioneers Initiative, the Ministry of Communications and IT’s fully funded national talent programme. I led six engineers through the React Frontend track to a 2nd-place national ranking.
- Team lead on SehaTalk: scope, architecture, and delivery across six engineers.
- Shipped on Next.js (App Router) with Tailwind and Radix UI.
2025 — now
AZParts, built then run
Product engineer on a Saudi auto-parts marketplace: web and WhatsApp commerce, competing scrapyard offers, payments, delivery, and AI support answering from a knowledge base. They hired me to build it, then hired me again to run it.
- Queue-backed webhook processing (Redis + BullMQ) that survives real traffic.

CarMate, taken over live
A Saudi car-care booking marketplace whose original developers moved on with the platform still live. I took over the codebase without a handover and shipped from there. The client has come back with new scope ever since.
- HyperPay built from zero, Apple Pay carried through its production certificates.
- Ratings, the booking lifecycle, and an admin quality view shipped in August 2026.
2026 — now
ImpressIV, a client build
Building a client’s 3D venue ad-booking platform, modelled in Blender from the real building.
- Blender to GLB pipeline with 370 bookable ad surfaces across three halls.
- Quote-based checkout and admin on Prisma and PostgreSQL.
