I build it. Then I stay and run it.
Custom commerce and booking systems for operators in Saudi Arabia and Egypt whose software is the business. The kind where an hour of downtime has a price.
Running right now: AZParts, ImpressIV, Prime Medical.
$12,000 is where builds start. Milestone-based, never hourly.$2,500 a month keeps it running.
AZParts — 399+ scrapyards bid on every requestrun by me · since Dec 2025
ImpressIV — 370 bookable ad spots across three hallsa client build · 2026 —You email me. Not a form queue or an account manager. The person who wrote the code replies.
You own everything. Code, accounts, and domain are yours from day one. If you want me gone, you keep all of it.
Arabic-first, built that way. Right-to-left from the first line, WhatsApp ordering, Tamara and HyperPay. Not translated afterwards.
No live revenue yet? No-code is the right tool for now. Come back when it breaks.
AZPartsOne request.
399+ scrapyards bid.
Their whole business runs through it. AZParts is a used-parts marketplace in Saudi Arabia: the request goes out once and 399+ scrapyards bid to fulfill it. That happens across two complete flows, web and WhatsApp, in Arabic, with payments, delivery, and AI support built in.
Most of what I built is invisible. Payment webhooks that reconcile instead of dropping orders, queues that keep the WhatsApp flows moving under load, and AI that reads a part request the way people actually write them.
AZParts hired me to build it, then hired me again to run it.Still mine to keep running today. An agency’s Operate phase is usually a countdown to handoff. This one isn’t. You can end it any month you choose.

ImpressIV
Advertisers walk a photoreal 3D venue in the browser, pick the actual walls, and book them. Ad space sold the way it hangs, not from a PDF floor plan.

Built for a client who stages mega-events. The venue is real, modeled in Blender from the actual building, hall by hall, down to the walls they sell.
The hard part was the inventory, not the 3D. 370 ad surfaces anchored by hand as live stock, lighting calibrated spot by spot with tooling built for that job alone, and a quote flow that turns a walk into a booking.
It changed how the space sells. Inventory that lived in PDF floor plans and phone calls is now walkable in the browser, with real sightlines, live availability, and a price on every spot.

Prime MedicalA distributor that
had to be reachable.
Sixteen hospitals send their quote requests here. Prime Medical distributes clinically proven medical devices in Egypt, and hospital procurement runs on email.
So the job was really a mail job. Business mail on an authenticated domain, Zoho with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, then DNS, hosting, the backend, and the site itself.
A quote in a spam folder is a lost sale. Now the mail lands, nobody can send pretending to be them, and the whole setup has one person accountable for it.
It is my father’s company. Saying so up front seems better than letting you find out. The setup is the same work either way, and it is the one on this page I have run the longest.
What was set up: Zoho business mail · SPF · DKIM · DMARC · DNS + hostingNext.js 16 · React 19 · TypeScript — Cairo · run by me today
Two of these I built and still run today.
If yours is the kind of system where an hour of downtime has a price, that is the conversation I want to have.

Brought in on contract by the Riyadh agency to land its client’s public launch, for a government-affiliated Saudi institution. Finishing the remaining build: authentication, an admin dashboard, and an Arabic-language AI assistant, hardened for a fixed unveiling date.

In their words. Both languages.
Quoted in the original Arabic, translated, and verifiable against the screenshot. Nothing paraphrased.
«حبيت بس أرجع أشكرك على جودة الموقع بعد الاكتمال من التنفيذ. الموقع عدّى عليه أسبوعين وما شفنا منه أي مشكلة ولا أي شكوى من عميل أثناء عملية الدفع.»
— I came back just to thank you for the quality of the site. Two weeks live now — not a single issue, and not one customer complaint during checkout.

«كلمة محترف قليلة — محترف ونابغة وفاهم عمله مضبوط. سلّمني عمل نظري وعمل تطبيقي وعلى تواصل وسريع جدًا. اختاره وأنت مرتاح.»
— Calling him a professional is an understatement — brilliant and knows his work precisely. Delivered both the theory and the working build, communicative and very fast. Choose him and rest easy.

You can open every system named on this page.
The links are live and the words are the clients' own. If you want the same arrangement, built and then run by the person who built it, start here.
From your idea to a running product.
Every project runs the same five steps, so you always know what stage we’re at, exactly what you’ll get, and what it costs before we start.
01 IDEA
فكرة
You bring a one-pager, a voice note, or a sketch.
02 SCOPE
نطاق
You get a roadmap, an MVP cut, and a fixed quote.
03 BUILD
بناء
You get working software in stages: UX, APIs, the real thing.
04 SHIP
إطلاق
You get it live, deployed on your domain, with analytics.
05 RUN
تشغيل
You get published response times by severity, and the person who built it answering them.

I take on a handful of builds at a time, so each one gets an owner instead of a place in a queue. If your idea is still a voice note or a napkin sketch, that’s the perfect time to talk.

If you have a system that has to stay up, start here.
Tell me what it does and what happens the day it is down. If I am not the right person to run it, I will say so.
Not ready for a build? $500 buys a three-day diagnostic. Test the fit first.
